Maximo 45 Dumbell set from Ivanko is a complete set of plates and dumbbells for light to heavy weight strength training. This whole set comes in total of 48 pieces which includes Iron plates, dumbbells, collars, sleeves and screws. The weight of the total set comes to around 2160 pounds and set is offered in a heavy box made of cardboard. There are 12 plates, 2 pairs in 3 different weights and 2 pairs of dumbbells in addition to accessories like sleeves and screws. The plates are made of standard Cast Iron like all Ivanko plates. These plates are made under special cast iron which is formulated for durability. The plates are then hammerstone finished with polyester. This finish prevents chipping of iron and gives a clean and consistent surface.
