Cap Barbell started with manufacturing free weights and benches. Over the years it started venturing in development of other products. However, free weight remains the key product at Cap Barbell. RP-010 is a single plate produced out of gray iron and ASTM grade 20. The free weight plate weighs 10 pounds and has a 1” diameter hole which fixes into a 1” bar perfectly. Finished with Black enamel this plate has a semi gloss look. Plates are also available in various other dimensions and weights for light to heavy weight training.
